If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, our products may be returned for shop credit or an exchange; if a few common terms and conditions are met. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Please note; Due to all items within this shop being customised and made to order, returns and exchanged will only be granted on damaged or incorrectly produced items.

TIME FRAME

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of delivery (the day the item is received by you). All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] stating your order number, order date and reason for return. After receiving confirmation of your return request from one of our staff, place the item securely in its original packaging and prepare it for postage along with your proof of purchase. A return mail address will be provided to you via your emails.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return delivery charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return. If you have requested and been granted an exchange, this will be delivered to you with free delivery within the below time frame.

‘REFUNDS’

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 48 hours from the receipt of your item to process your store-credit, and 7 days if you have requested an exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Any nutritional based items cannot be returned or exchanged in the same way. For defective or damaged nutritional products, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss this further.

Please Note

• Exchanges must hold the same or less value as the originally bought item (any additional value will be carried over as shop credit).
• The price of the product at the time of purchase is the maximum allowed return value.
• Clearance products cannot be returned.
