Processing Time
All orders are custom and made to order; therefore processing times are usually within 21-30 days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be slightly delayed; please allow a couple of additional days for your order to be completed. If there will be a significant delay to the processing of your order, we will contact you via email.
Due to unavoidable global changes, some deliveries during the end of year (December – January) may take slightly longer than usual due to increased strain on delivery means.
Rates & Delivery Estimates
If the ‘Team Collection’ option is not selected, final delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that these rates and delivery estimates are determined by the handling couriers.
Delivery Restrictions
ArRival Athletic can only deliver to PO Boxes via Royal Mail. If this is required for large or heavy orders, please contact [email protected] to discuss a solution.
Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) (if applicable), once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ArRival Athletic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ArRival Athletic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery provider to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim; and CC [email protected] in any claim emails, so that we are aware of the issue.
International Delivery Policy
We currently offer delivery to all countries within Europe. Due to numerous different import charges and fees, the cost of deliveries to countries within Europe are dependent on the size, weight and contents of the order, as well as the destination location.
